ASMR Hand Sounds and Plucking Negative Energy for Sleep ✨ Hand Movements, Minimal Talking

Plucking is my go-to visual trigger to calm down and fall asleep. Sometimes I use plucking asmr videos for stress, anxiety, and hard times, which is 100% effective for me, cause it keeps my mind distracted from whatever my brain keeps me overthinking. But for sure, when plucking hand movements contains hand sounds, in some way it is so relaxing, mainly if it follows mouth sounds.
