A quick thank you to the following individuals:

- Alex Hutchinson, author of “Endure” - great read, and great convo (I plan on releasing this in the coming week). Many of the studies referenced in this piece came from Endure, as well as our conversations.
- Dr. Daniel Lieberman - Professor, Department of Human Evolutionary Biology at Harvard. Another great convo, plan on releasing this in the future as well. Dr. Lieberman’s books, “The Story of the Human Body” and “Exercised” were both fantastic, many studies mentioned in this video come from them.
- Steve Magness - I found Steve through YT...love his content, but he also has some wonderful books ("Do Hard Things"). The guy knows ball (if ball was running).

Afterword

Perhaps the reason I was so drawn to filming this differently - it felt more like the human experience, than sport. It didn’t feel right to take on a sponsor for this video, so I hope you all appreciate the change of pace. If you enjoy, please feel free to share it, much appreciated.
