Sailing the Costas on the Southern coast of Spain can be difficult as there are very few places to anchor with protection from the South.
The weather in March and April can be quite unpredictable and as we found you can get some viscous katabatic storm blasts off the snow topped mountains along the Sierra Nevada's.
We are trying to get to Cartagena for Easter as they put on quite a show in the town, the sun is shining but the wind is not playing ball. There is no wind for sailing at night so we hav to contend with some very rolly anchorages!
