Cách Làm DƯA RAU MUỐNG, DƯA CHUA CỦ CẢI Màu Đẹp Giòn Tan Trong30Phút

CRUNCHY TURNIP AND CARROT PICKLED
Ingredients:
- 2 turnips
- 2 carrots
- 250ml vinegar
- 4tbsp + 3tbsp sugar = 6tbsp sugar
- 0.5tbsp salt
Recipe:
1. Cut carrots and turnip or shred them if you like and want to do faster.
2. Use a pot and pour vinegar, 4tbsp sugar + 0.5tbsp salt into the pot. Stir well and cook it until it’s boiled.
3. Marinate carrot and turnip with 3 tbsp, put there 15 minutes. After that squeeze them.
4. After the vinergar is cool, pour into the turnip, carrot. Put there 10 minutes. After 10minutes, we can eat. If you shredded them, after 5 minutes we can eat the pickled.
5. Keep them in the fridge. Enjoy your crunchy pickled!

CRUNCHY VIETNAMESE SPINACH PICKLED – DƯA RAU MUỐNG
Ingredient:
- 500g spinach
- 250ml vinegar
- 4tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp salt
- Ice cubes

Recipe:
1. Wash and cut the spinach as 4-5cm.
2. Boiled water, put into 1tbsp salt. When it’s boiling with high temperature big bubbles, we put all the spinach into the pot. After 2minutes, pick all of them up and put in a big bowl that has ice cubes and cool water.
3. Squeeze them and put them into a glass tray.
4. Use a pot and pour vinegar, 4tbsp sugar + 0.5tbsp salt into the pot. Stir well and cook it until it’s boiled.
5. When the vinegar mixture is cool, we pour it into the tray. Stir and keep all the spinach under the mixture.
6. After 5minutes, we can enjoy them!
7. Keep the crunchy pickled in the fridge.
