Why isnt CNN covering this? | Florida Highway Crash | Illegal Immigrant Driver

An illegal immigrant, who killed three people, failed his assessment test and only answered 2 out of 12 answers correctly. He also failed to accurately identify 1 of 4 highway traffic signs.

Why and how did Washington State improperly issue a full-term commercial driver's license when he was an illegal immigrant? He even got pulled over previously for speeding and somehow was still allowed to drive. The fact CNN hasn't covered this at all, at least on their YouTube account, is simply mind-boggling.
