Flavorful soup with meatballs in a lamb broth with potatoes, onions & chickpeas is seasoned with saffron, tumeric & sour plums

INGREDIENTS:

100 g (1/2 cup) chickpeas
600 g bone-in lamb meat
400 g lamb stew meat
40-50 g (2 tbs) rice, rinsed 2 medium onions
5 medium potatoes
70-80 g oil
1 teaspoon each - Saffron & tumeric
Dried fruit, black/red pepper, Curcuma, salt, dried mint.
