Why ICF should be used for Passive Homes;

In this video, we're trying to get a conversation started on the benefits of using ICF systems for Passive Home construction.
Following on from a test performed at the CLEB Laboratory in Montreal in 2016 (in which ICF was compared to traditional wood framing in a test to determine heat transfer rates) - we spoke to Kocsis Engineering in Ontario (@kocsis.engineering.inc) for their opinion.
Their letter to us, at the end of this video, is another example of industry leaders and forward-thinkers considering ICF systems to be the future of sustainable and passive construction.
