We splice the eye by laying strands back without weaving the tail — it’s faster, strong, and industry standard.

Strands are laid evenly for full contact with the sleeve. After positioning and marking the sleeve, we swage it using a 500-ton Talurit press, rotating between passes for a uniform compression.

The sleeve grips by compressing into the rope, not pinching it. Once swaged, we inspect, paint, and it’s ready.

WLL: 54T vertical, 43T choker, 108T basket.

This is bright rope — the dark look comes from lubrication. No proof test needed.
