Stir fried noodle
Ingredients: 10 ounces of sliced ​​pork
10 ounces of sliced ​​beef
10 ounces of peeled shrimp
½ pound of Baby Bok Choy, cut, washed
10 ounces of bean sprouts, chives, washed
4 cloves of garlic
3 eggs
3 ounces of butter
6-8 bunches of noodles
4 tablespoons of oyster sauce -- Lee Kum Kee

Golden fried eggs with green onions. Cut into pieces.
Put butter into a hot pan. Add minced garlic to the pan, add 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and stir well. Turn off heat and we have "butter oyster sauce"
Boil water and dip noodles in (do not overcook noodles), poured out, let dry.
Dip Baby Bok Choy, bean sprouts and chives quickly. Pour out and let dry. Add 1 tablespoon of butter oyster sauce, mix all ingredients.
Boil water and dip in the pork to cook. Also dip the beef and shrimp in quickly. Drain all and mix with 1 tablespoon of butter oyster sauce.
Put the left over butter oyster sauce in the hot pan, add noodles. Mix well, then add the shrimp and meat, then bean sprouts, Baby Bok Choy, stir again. Lastly, put eggs on top. That's it.
Serve on a plate; include some cilantro, pepper on top as decoration. Serve hot with soy sauce, chili.
