We hit a 150 thousand subscribers and I decided to do a backyard cooking blowout in this video. I had some special guess like Ken Holloway ,who wrote the song for my intro and who has had we a great singing career in Nashville. We also had my buddy and owner of Uncle T's Oyster Bar (Anthony Hebert) cook oysters. So we cooked the wild pigs that I trapped three different ways, cooked charbroiled oysters, fried fish, fried shrimp, fried pork chops and a huge pork gravy. What a perfect night!
