Join Jennifer Lynn, the principle interior designer of JLID in Jupiter, FL, on an exclusive tour of a recently completed Old Palm residence. In this video, we explore how to create a luxurious transitional coastal home that perfectly balances modern elegance with relaxed coastal living.

As we begin our tour in the kitchen, witness the statement brushed antique brass hood complementing the Miele stainless steel appliances. The handmade ceramic tile backsplash creates a soft, organic feel, while the functional island features an apron-front sink and clever storage solutions. The beautiful oak floating shelves with integrated lighting highlight the arched windows, while Waterworks polished nickel fixtures add a touch of sophistication.

The breakfast nook serves as the main dining space inside the home, featuring a custom leather banquette and a six-foot square table paired with Vanguard Furniture dining chairs on casters. Vibrant wallpaper and a white plaster chandelier bring life and cohesion to this inviting space.
In the living room, textured wallpaper creates a soft backdrop for two extra-large sofas with performance fabrics and swivel chairs. The TV console from Palecek perfectly complements the wallpaper detail, while the Frame TV with a white oak frame ties in with the home's wood elements.

The primary suite achieves a perfect balance of sophistication and warmth with deeper blue tones on the upholstery and wallpaper. The powder room serves as a jewel box with a custom scalloped blue floating vanity and striking butterfly wallpaper that continues the home's color scheme. Personal touches, like the client's special Hermès scarf, inspired color choices in spaces like the multipurpose den.
