- One Italian Flatbread or Tortilla.
- Eggs: 3.
- Spicy Salami: 80 g / 3 oz.
- Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella: 100 g / 3.5 oz.
- One small red onion.
- Black olives.
- Mozzarella cheese or Edam: 50 g / 1.8 oz.
- Salt.

Cook in the Air Fryer at 180 °C / 356 °F for 10 - 12 minutes.
