These MOCHI BROWNIES are so gooey they'll break the internet!

✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups mochiko (sweet rice) flour
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 2 large eggs
• 12 oz milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, blended into a powder
• 2 tbsp blue spirulina powder

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mochiko flour, sugar, and baking powder until fully combined.
3. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
5. Divide the batter evenly into two bowls. Mix the blue spirulina powder into one bowl, and the strawberry powder into the other. (Tip: To keep the batter smooth, you can blend each colored batter briefly if needed!)
