In this episode, Sayu Rinpoche continues the exploration of Mount St. Helens, a volcano famous for its 1980 eruption. We will go to the Windy Ridge area via Gifford Pinchot National Forest Road 99 and see further impacts of that 1980 eruption, including Spirit Lake - once a popular camping spot for families to enjoy water sports and now a silent lake where dead tree logs are still floating on its surface in the aftermath of the eruption.

Places visited in this episode:

- Miners Car Interpretive Site: A 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix that belonged to a local family who owned a cabin in the area. The car was thrown 60 feet away and buried underneath the volcanic debris. The family that owned the car presumably perished during the eruption on their way to the cabin.

- Windy Ridge Viewpoint: The terminus of Gifford Pinchot National Forest Road 99 where visitors get to see Mount St. Helens, Mount Adams, Mount Hood, Mount Rainier, and Spirit Lake

- Spirit Lake: The largest lake in the vicinity of Mount St.Helens. Now a lake filled with dead tree logs and expanded its surface size 3 times and buried waterfalls and lodges underneath in the aftermath of the 1980 eruption.
