The idea of inviting him came to me suddenly, and when I reached out, he agreed right away and came the very next day. No preparation, no scripted questions—just my intent to bring out the real Zubeen, his essence. The conversation unfolded naturally, more like a heart-to-heart than an interview. I can’t claim to have captured every side of his personality, but what emerged was raw and genuine.

We had left the sofas and were talking informally. At one point, he stepped out of the camera’s frame while saying something deeply significant—and at that very moment, the camera stopped recording automatically.
