The Ultimate Guide to Cold Plunging on Any Budget - Part 1 of 2

Now that deliberate Cold Exposure is more popular than ever thanks to people like Joe Rogan, Wim Hof, Dr. Andrew Huberman, Dr. Rhonda Patrick, and Dr. Susanna Søberg, people want to know just how they can partake in this protocol without breaking the bank. In Part 1, we discuss Ice Bath Options for under $200. In this video, we're going to help you find the best cold plunging method for your budget. We'll show you different types of ice bath options and how to choose the best one for your needs. The Cold Plunge in Part 1 has solutions for individuals on a lower budget; how to cold plunge on a budget. This video is a great option for someone new to the practice; for ice bath for beginners. Or helpful for people who don't want to invest too much money into a new routine they are unsure of. Part 1 considers using your bathtub with water from your cold faucet, different ice options, and different outdoor containers. All of these selections are under $200. Eventually, in Part 2, we will discuss how to build a cold plunge that actually cools, filters, and sanitizes the water.

I really hoped to make one fully comprehensive video, but the second half of the this DIY Ice Bath guide was taking much longer than I had expected, so I had to make this video into two parts. I will post the link to Part 2 as soon as it is completed.
