INGREDIENTS
🥩 700g beef
🛢️ 20g oil for frying
🧈 40g butter
🧅 1 red onion
🥕 1 carrot
🧄 3-4 garlic cloves
🥄 2 tbsp sour cream
🍅 1-2 tbsp tomato purée
🌿 Fresh parsley

🥔 For the Mashed Potatoes:
600g potatoes
🧈 30g butter
🥛 100ml warm milk

RECIPE
1️⃣ Cut the beef into pieces and brown in a pan with oil, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Remove the meat, melt butter, and sauté onions, carrots, and garlic.
3️⃣ Add the beef back, pour in 300ml water, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
4️⃣ Once tender, remove the meat and finish the sauce with sour cream & tomato purée.
5️⃣ Return the beef, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6️⃣ Boil potatoes until soft, mash with butter & warm milk, and serve with the beef!
