Teaching My First Woodworking Class with Live Edge Waterfall Coffee Tables

When down in San Antonio Delivering the conference table for Black Rifle, I was approached by the local Woodcraft store and asked if I would like to teach a class. Never doing this before, I figured why the hell don't I give it a shot. Since I have done a bunch of Live Edge pieces, I pitched them on the idea of a Live Edge Waterfall Coffee Table class. They sold 4 slots for the class and we were off to the races.

In this video, I show the basics of the class. I teach some hand tool sharpening, how to inlay a bowtie, and how to finish the slab! All of the class participants were brand new to woodworking. Literally had almost zero experience. All four of them went home with some killer pieces!
