It’s October 22nd and we are in New York’s big woods chasing whitetails.
After scouting and checking cameras, Jon slips into an oak flat loaded with fresh scrapes a spot he had been watching closely. With the thermals right and the setup just off a heavy travel route, it doesn’t take long before a mature buck works in ripping up a scrape at 15 yards.
