A new survey of 52,000 workers around the world paints a picture of a global workforce that is flexing its muscles in the context of rising inflation, tight labour markets, and political division. At the same time, it shows wide inequality between those with in-demand skills and those without, and a great appetite for both meaning and transparency. How can organizations work with their employees to deliver a working life that meets rising expectations?
