Prayer and Livelihood Restoration at Baba Boro Kachari Temple | Abhishek Banerjee

I visited the revered Baba Boro Kachari Temple and offered my prayers, seeking the Almighty’s blessings for the health, well-being, and prosperity of the people of Bengal, and prayed that our State continues to move forward in peace and harmony.
This visit also marked an important step in restoring livelihoods. Nearly two years ago, a devastating fire had damaged the stalls adjacent to the temple, leaving several families without their means of income. I am pleased that today we were able to hand over the keys to newly constructed stalls, enabling them to resume their work with dignity.
The people of Diamond Harbour share a deep and enduring bond with me, one built on trust, affection, and a shared journey. As long as I am alive, I will continue to strive to honour the trust they have reposed in me. I remain committed to working tirelessly for their all-round welfare.
