Pilot Makes Reckless Mistake - Instant Regret!

There was no excuse for what happened on this flight. The pilot made several very reckless decisions and put several lives in danger.

Note - there is some confusion because at one point the controller thinks the pilot is going to try and land on runway 31R and this animation shows the aircraft doing a 360. Because the ADS-B data cuts out for part of the approach, it's possible that happened, but no one knows for sure.
