In the making of this traditional clay pizza oven I am taking care of all aspects of keen thing that is making it the best Pizza oven in terms of heat retaintion capacity, durabilty , outdoor weather proof extranal layer and the shape and hight of the dome that picksup instantly to higher temperature level and locks the the statble heat inside the dome .I am building the fisrt heating chember with pure clay after that applies a buffer layer of wheat straw with moderate quantity yellow mud then the third most important a thick layer of dried grass is applied as a best insulater. the fourth layer is a buffer layer of wheat straw again that holds the heating chember and insulating layer together tightly and the final and layer of concrete is applied as external layer to make the oven weather proof.
