Does the Misen Carbon Nonstick pan live up to the hype? Misen claims it cooks like nonstick, lasts forever, resists scratches from metal utensils, won’t rust, and never needs seasoning. To put those claims to the test, I cooked eggs, simmered tomatoes, checked for rust, scraped it with heavy metal tools, and measured heat conduction, retention, and warping. In this review, I reveal which promises held up, and which ones didn’t.
