I Maxed the Rocket Backpack for Clan War League!

Maxing the New Epic Rocket Backpack Equipment for Clan War Leagues! The Rocket Backpack for the Dragon Duke is unlocked in the Sound of Clash Event. Judo Sloth Gaming upgrades the New Equipment from Level 1 to Maxed whilst testing out various strategies. This leads to what I feel with be the most optimal case in that of the Rocket Backpack and Giant Arrow into Dragon Riders. Clash On!
