[Ingredients]
Rice, Salt, Sesame oil
Egg
Carrot
Spinach
Pickled radish
Kimbab Burdock
Ham
Fish cake
Salt
*If you can't find the ingredients, you can make it with vegetables of similar color, although the texture and taste may be slightly different. For example, egg white, yolk, bell pepper, meat, cheese, tuna etc.

You can find the pickled radish and burdock root used in kimbap packaged at Korean supermarkets.
There is no special quantity for this Gimbap. The amount varies depending on how many ingredients you put inside, so you can prepare as much as you want.

[Cooking method]
1. Beat the eggs, add a little oil to the pan, and fry them thinly. Then, slice it.
2. Cut the fish cakes into strips and fry them in a pan without oil and with salt.
3. Cut carrots into julienne, add oil to a pan, season with salt, and fry.
4. Blanch the spinach in salt water for 1 minute, then squeeze out the water.
5. Slice the pickled radish and burdock for kimbap.
6. Ham may break while frying, so grill it first and then slice it.
7. Season the rice with salt and sesame oil.
8. Cut the gimbap seaweed into 1/4 pieces and roll up all the ingredients except the rice. It's going to be a flower petal. At this time, prepare eggs 1.5 times larger than other ingredients.
9. Cut the gimbap seaweed into 1/2 lengthwise and spread the seasoned rice thinly.
10. Place the three ingredients on the bottom and place the egg in the center. Place the remaining 3 ingredients on top of the eggs. It's pretty when you order the colors so they don't overlap.
11. Roll the kimbap tightly and then slice it. Flower kimbap is complete!
