How long do you need to be in Dubai, UAE to be tax resident here? There are a number of different answers that depend on the specifics of your circumstances. For many you could be tax resident in Dubai with spending just 90 days there if you tick the right boxes, or it could be 183 days if you don't.

The biggest issue is minimising the amount of time you spend in the high tax country such as the UK as often you cannot spend more than 90 days there per tax year without being deemed resident there too.
