Sweet and sour chicken balls is one of the most ordered items on a Chinese takeaway menu, every other order will have these on them without fail, so here is a recipe so you can make a quick sweet and sour sauce and Chinese takeout style chicken balls, this is also a recipe I've used in an actual takeaway before so its tried and tested.
