BOYS vs. GIRLS FLEXIBILITY CHALLENGE! 🔥🤸‍♂️

Today, I’m teaming up with Ian Gunther, a former Stanford gymnast and one of the best male gymnasts, to take on Sofie Dossi (America’s Got Talent Golden Buzzer winner) and Elena Shinohara (insane contortionist) in the ULTIMATE flexibility showdown! 😱

Ian and I have one mission—to complete at least ONE of their 10 hardest flexibility challenges to avoid a brutal punishment! 😬 From extreme backbends to insane leg stretches, acro partner stunts, and even crazy beam and trampoline challenges, our bodies were pushed to the LIMIT. 💥 But if we fail? The consequence is NOT something we want to face… 😨
