Flying a Plane Across the Atlantic at 17

Atlantic Part 2 - This Video was over two years ago, when I set out on one of the most dangerous and demanding routes in aviation: the North Atlantic crossing. This isn’t your typical flight path. It’s a gauntlet of icy winds, sudden storms, isolated runways, and endless stretches of unforgiving ocean.

Most people don’t realize just how extreme the risk is when flying a small aircraft over the North Atlantic. But I had no choice. It was the only way to have a chance at qualifying for the insurance I needed to pursue my dream of flying solo around the world.

So I hope I can take you inside what it really feels like—the uncertainty, the beauty, the fear, and the incredible sense of freedom.

This mission is part of something much bigger. I’m working to become the youngest person to fly solo around the world while raising $1,000,000 for childhood cancer research.
