🎁 Candied Pecans: 4 egg whites
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp Kosher salt
4 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups Pecan halves

Preheat oven to 250, line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper. Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt in a large bowl. Whisk egg white and vanilla extract until frothy. Add pecans to egg white mixture and mix. Use a slotted spoon to remove nuts and toss pecans in sugar mixture. Transfer pecans to baking sheet in a single layer. Bake pecans, stirring every 15 minutes until browned and crisp (usually about 45 minutes). Cool before storing.
