Ingredients:
250 g lentils.
1 onion.
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
1 carrot.
2 cloves of garlic.
4-5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
70 g avocado oil.
80 g tomato paste.
Salt, pepper, paprika.
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Water.
Parsley.
Enjoy with mashed potatoes!!!

Cooking method:
Rinse 250 g lentils 2-3 times. Cover with water and leave for 2-3 hours. Strain the water. Blend the lentils until smooth.
Fry the chopped onion with grated carrots, add salt, pepper, paprika and 2 cloves of garlic. Fry for 5-7 minutes until soft.
Mix the lentils with the frying and Add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. Form lentil meatballs. Melt 70 g of avocado oil.
Add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.
500 ml of water, 80 g of tomato paste, Salt, pepper to taste.
Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Add parsley.
