Countdown/up Timer After Effects Tutorial (with expressions) ANY LENGTH

Learn how to make a countdown or count-up timer for your next video, livestream or whatever. I couldn't find a short tutorial anywhere so here it is.

Steps:
- Make a Text Layer and put "00:00"
- Then add Slider Control
- Add the code below in the Comments (YouTube doesnt support angled brackets in description text)
