After moving to a new country to take over your uncle's restaurant, it will be all up to to make sure the shop doesn't fail. Unfortunately, you didn't learn the country's language before moving. Have your customers point to the menu to figure out their orders, then spend you evenings on a language learning to test your memory at learning the foreign words. But time is limited, and you'll also have to balance that with going shopping for more ingredients as well as going to parties to promote the business.
