Ingredients:

6 eggs
20g sugar
3g baking powder
500g low-gluten flour
50g Corn oil


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 20g of sugar, and 3g of baking powder until well combined.

2. Gradually add 500g of low-gluten flour to the mixture, stirring with chopsticks until it forms a smooth consistency.

3. Drizzle in 50g corn oil and mix thoroughly.

4. Knead the dough until the surface becomes glossy and it no longer sticks to your hands.

5. Take a small piece of the dough and dip it in water, then roll it in sesame seeds to coat the exterior.

6. Heat oil in a pan to a low temperature.

Gently place the sesame-coated dough balls into the oil and press them lightly to release any air.

7. Fry the balls until they turn a beautiful golden brown, then remove them and let the excess oil drain.

Once cooled, the cookies should be crispy and delightful.
