✨Hailey’s Chewy Buldak Carbonara Recipe✨

Ingredients
• 1 pack Buldak Carbonara ramen
• ½ pack potato noodles (bunmoja)
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 cups water
• 1 handful shredded mozzarella or your favorite cheese 🧀
• 3 strips of bacon (optional)
• 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
• 1 tsp extra Buldak sauce (optional)
• 1 chopped green onion — for garnish (optional)

Instructions
1. Separate the potato noodles and rinse them with cold water.
2. In a pan, cook the bacon until golden and crispy. Set aside, but save the grease!
3. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles, sweet potato noodles, and 1 Tbsp of reserved bacon grease. Once the noodles are softened, ladle out some water to your desired consistency.
4. Add the heavy cream, Buldak red sauce, and seasoning powder from the ramen pack. Since we’re adding potato noodles, boost the flavor with soy sauce or more Buldak sauce if you like it spicy. Simmer until slightly thickened.
5. Top with cheese and let it melt into the sauce 🧀
6. Add the crispy bacon and green onions for the final touch (optional, but so worth it!)
