Cheesy Garlic Potato Bites Fried #recipe #easyrecipe #food

Ingredients:

2 potatoes
2 tbs butter
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
2 tbs cornstarch
1 egg
Mozzarella cheese, cubed
Oil for frying

Directions:

1. Peel and slice potatoes. Boil until tender (until a fork can easily pierce the surface)
2. Mash the potatoes and butter until smooth.
3. Add Parmesan, salt, garlic powder, parsley, corn starch, and egg to mashed potatoes and mix until combined.
4. Add a cheese cube to a small portion of potato mix and roll into a ball
5. Deep fry in 350° oil until golden and crispy.
