Carrier RTU Not Cooling Properly | Simple Solution Resolved

With this rooftop job, the issue was that the space was not keeping temp and in order for it to cool properly they needed to lower the temp dramatically to feel comfort. On arrival, it was an obvious sign that this thing hasn’t had any maintenance in quite some time. And that was proven by the dates written on the filters as it hasn’t been serviced since 2023. Found a bad capacitor and a broken motor mount. And some very dirty filters so went ahead and did the repairs on the job the following day, but did not perform the maintenance. The customer opted out of the maintenance
