- Fermented Red Bean Curd (1 ½ cube)
- Brown Sugar (½ cup)
- Chinese Five Spice (2 tsp)
- Honey (2 tbsp)
- Garlic Powder ( 2 tsp)
- Salt (tt)
- Red Food Coloring (optional 5-7 drops)
