Ingredients:
✓ Walnuts – 600 g
✓ Sugar – 500 g
✓ Cardamom – 1 teaspoon
✓ Flour – 800 g
✓ Butter – 250 g
✓ Cream – 200 g
✓ Milk – 100g
✓ Yeast – 1 teaspoon
✓ Eggs – 2
✓ Salt
✓ Sugar for dough – 1 teaspoon
For Syrup:
Sugar – 2 cups
Water – 1 cup
Honey – 4 table spoon
Saffron
Lemon – ½
Butter for layering – 400 g
