ASMR Soothing Headache Relief 🌬️ Low light & gentle care to ease your discomfort

Relieving your headache or migraine with some soothing personal attention & gentle distraction from the pain 🧡 We'll start by cooling your body temperature with a damp cloth, then let you breathe in some menthol balm that really helps to ease any discomfort. I'll apply the balm to some tense areas on your face for continuous relief, then help you pluck away the pain. Some physical distractions include an eye/temple massage & brushing over you with the softest powder puffs! As you rest, a warm eye mask will relieve some of that eye pressure while I give you a gentle scalp massage & brush your hair. These are some techniques that I personally find helpful when I'm having a debilitating headache, so I hope they help you too!
