Ingredients:
• 3 packs gelatin
• 3 cups water
• ¼ cup sugar

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin in ½ cup cold water and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, bring the remaining 2 ½ cups water and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, then stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
3. Lightly grease several 4-inch round molds and pour in the gelatin mixture to form “pancakes.”
4. Refrigerate overnight, or until completely set.
