Everyone knows the story of The Salem Witch Trials- a small Colonial town was overran with paranoia, fear, and accusations of witchcraft. Right? Well, hat's certainly what we've all been taught- but I'm here to tell you that the true story is far more complex. The Devil is in the details... The Salem Witch Trials were one of the greatest examples of a justice system corrupted by lies, collusion, and conspiracy to exploit the system for personal gain.

A pious, 'fire and brimstone' preacher built up a culture of fear, accusation, and mistrust in a community that was already at each other's throats before his arrival in the late 1600's. He believes that the Devil is lurking around every corner- waiting for any opportunity to temp the souls of the people of Salem, Massachusetts. Witchcraft and magic are the Devil's means to this end- and he believes that witchcraft is abundant in the newly established American Colonies. Everything reaches its boiling point when his 9 year old daughter and 12 year old niece begin exhibiting strange behaviors...
