Come along as we harvest our garden and make some delicious family meals. We are grateful for the many veggies and memories we got out of the garden this year. Thanks for coming along for the fun!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake:
2 1/2cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
4 tbs Cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Before baking sprinkle with a topping of 3/4 cup each
brown sugar
chocolate chips
chopped nuts
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
