Accused Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann sued by victims son

The family of a Gilgo beach murder victim has filed a new lawsuit against Rex Heuermann and his wife.

On Monday, attorney John Ray filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of Benjamin Torres, the only child of Valerie Mack, according to court documents obtained by Fox News.

Meanwhile, Rex Heuermann is expected to plead guilty to the Gilgo Beach killings, sources tell FOX 5 NY's Jodi Goldberg.
