A Minimalist Tries the 30-Day Declutter Game | Decluttering 465+ items in a month

I’ve been practising minimalism and simple living for years now, and over time we’ve decluttered around 80% of our possessions.

But recently, between chronic illness, loss, motherhood, and just life in general, I felt like things had started to creep back in. So I wanted to challenge myself by trying the 30-day minimalist game. I genuinely thought I didn’t have enough left to declutter.

I was wrong.

Over the 30 days, I let go of everything from tangled wires we “might need someday," to clothes that no longer fit, to books, old paperwork and children’s toys. In the video, I'll show you everything I let go off (all 465 items!!)

A lot of people think they are "bad" at managing a home ...but really it's often just too much stuff that's the problem. So if you feel overwhelmed by your home, or like things have quietly built up around you, I hope this video encourages you to simplify and declutter with me - even if it’s just with one drawer.
