Who is DJ Marquis Marc "create to exist" Rambeau du Tacoma, and why does anyone care?  Just so.
 
The details of my life have been lost to the dust found along the foggy ruins of time.  I'm losing a part of me with every picture taken.  I now know there are no mirrors which do not exist, here, or in the afterlife.   I have a cachet: it is in you knowing my number but knowing also not to call me.  The closer I get, the further away I appear: I'm just maddening in that way, I've been told, repeatedly.

I was the founding and first ex-member of the "just seminal" band, PUNKUS IGNORAMSUSESs, and I was the primary writer and rhythmatist.  It is what I do.  It is what I have always done.  It is only recently that people such as yourselves are beginning to notice. Thank you very little for our demise and discontent.

"No!"  I say, "No! No!" to the little people, as they wander through the narrow corridors of their ever diminishing minds.
 
No mountain.    No molehill.    Just a breath of air - scattered upon the winds.  

I have never mixed my art with money (except for $51 divided by three musicians at a church dance).  I have always been dirt poor as a result.  I find music to be a terrible financial investment, although a fantastic love affair.

Comfortably and perpetually out of fashion, I am a California hippie from the Bay Area and a bygone era.  I listened to, wrote, played and recorded music from 1978 to 1988, all done heroically without recognition or remuneration, in true counter-cultural fashion.  

Since then, I've proudly indulged in a little delightful auto-didactic dilettantism, and I am now, in retirement, finding myself following in the avant-garde by painting in a new retro-rococo-minimalist style.  (I'm often praised with great praise, but I don't let such talk go to my head anymore.)

FARRAGO SERIES - Farrago is an irregular translation of the word "medley" into Latin.  (But what do I know?  Even as a lyricist I don't have much use for the language arts.)   I have a whole series of these cooked up down underground, all well worn and easy on the ears, because I've sonically "adjusted" each clip to minimize the difference in recording technologies and techniques over the decades - to make a smooth flowing listening experience.
