I went through a lot of stages in my minimalist journey. At first, I thought it was all about getting rid of stuff—decluttering my closet, keeping things that spark joy, and living with the essentials. But over time, I realized that I had barely scratched the surface. Minimalism is about so much more.

Today, I want to share the 9 stages of minimalism and reflect on where I thrived and where I struggled. These are the stages I went through, and even though our paths are all different and unique, perhaps you can ask yourself as you watch this video: where do I find myself on my minimalist journey?
