300 Graves Revealed Beneath This Cemetery—Unbelievable Discovery!

We just uncovered 300 hidden graves beneath this historic cemetery, and what we found is truly unbelievable. Using ground-penetrating radar, we located unmarked graves that had been lost to time. This cemetery, known locally as Bonetown, began as a burial ground for enslaved people, and their descendants continued burying here until at least the 1920s.

Joining historian Dan Akin and Robert Wright on this journey is ground-penetrating radar specialist Len Strozier and property owner John Posey as we work to document these lost graves and honor the forgotten.
