This 30-minute 360° Full Body Kettlebell Workout delivers the perfect balance of mobility, conditioning, and explosive power for a complete training experience. Designed to challenge strength, coordination, and endurance, this session will keep you moving with precision and control from start to finish.

We begin with a dynamic blend of mobility and conditioning — alternating between one kettlebell conditioning exercise performed for eight rounds and a series of eight bodyweight mobility and stretch movements.

Section two focuses on unilateral kettlebell training, working one side at a time. You’ll complete three exercises on the right, three on the left, and then repeat another three per side for balanced strength and stability.

Section three picks up the pace with two rounds of five explosive kettlebell exercises, performed at a faster tempo to develop power and conditioning.

The final section is a finisher — an AMRAP-style complex of three kettlebell exercises performed for eight rounds within a two-minute block. Push through as many rounds as possible to finish strong.
